Wardia Crystal Rose - A soft, elegant crystal rose
Region: France
A freshly plucked bunch of roses, fresh sweetness, yet alive.
The scent that touches you the moment you wear Wardia Rose is fresh rose, but not like the desi roses we know. What stands out the most here is the tea rose, whose fragrance is completely different from our western or native roses. Geranium blends beautifully with the tea rose, and the touch of Taif rose and white musk adds a light sweetness, creating a lovely harmony throughout the scent. Geranium's smell is close to rose, but a bit more green, with a slight minty-herbal touch to it. This scent isn't sweet, rather it feels fresh and lively, full of positivity. The first half hour is like drowning in roses, a full-bodied rose sweetness that's almost cooling. Some people will love exactly this part the most. Then it gradually softens, finally merging with the white musk to create a sweet, quiet tune. The scent stays natural throughout, just like a freshly plucked rose, stem and leaves included.

How it unfolds
Behind the scent
A rich, heady rose with a powdery softness running through it.
The sillage starts medium to heavy. Walk into a room and people will know someone is wearing Wardia. That strength holds for about six hours, then the rose thins out and folds into the musky base.
That's where it gets interesting. The rose leaves, but the scent doesn't. The white musk base carries on well past eight hours. Apply it in the morning and it's still there by evening, longer on fabric. By then it won't read as rose anymore, just a soft musky warmth.
How to wear it
It opens with body heat, so wrists and the sides of the neck work best. Slightly damp skin after a shower holds it even better.
One drop is enough. The opening is strong on its own, and any more turns the sweetness sharp. Apply, wait a while, add more only if you need it.
Don't rub it in. Rubbing breaks the top notes and the fresh edge goes early.
On fabric it lasts longest. Try a drop on the edge of a scarf or collar.
It's a fresh rose, so daytime is fine. Office, invitations, anywhere. Strong sun burns it off quickly though, so in hot weather it opens better in the evening.
Keep the bottle away from sun and heat, somewhere cool and dark.
