Question 1

Does AROWA have a physical store?

Accepted Answer

No, we're online only for now.

Question 2

What does AROWA mean?

Accepted Answer

“One Who Quenches the Senses.” It represents the brand we're building around quality attar oils and other products.

Question 3

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Usually 5–7 business days depending on where you are. We'll send tracking once it ships.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cards, mobile banking, and cash on delivery where available.

Question 5

What is the difference between attar and perfume?

Accepted Answer

Attar is pure oil, no alcohol. Perfume is mostly alcohol with fragrance mixed in. Attar lasts longer on skin and feels more natural.

Question 6

How do I know the oil is genuine and natural?

Accepted Answer

Your nose and skin are the best judges. A real oil smells right, lasts long, projects naturally and develops over time from top notes down to a deep base. Every batch stays consistent and never irritates. Cheap or fake stuff smells sharp and chemical, and scammers always oversell it. If you want to be sure, study up on perfume notes, sillage, longevity and how real manufacturers work. That'll tell you everything.

Question 7

Do attar or perfume oils expire?

Accepted Answer

Natural attars can last for years if stored away from heat and direct sunlight. Synthetic perfumes may have an expiry date or recommended shelf life, which is determined by the manufacturer.

Question 8

How long will my bottle last?

Accepted Answer

Attar is concentrated so a little goes a long way. Most people get months out of even a small bottle.

Question 9

Do your products come in original packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we give it to you straight from the sealed imported bottle, exactly as it comes.

Question 10

Why does the same scent smell different on me than on someone else?

Accepted Answer

Your skin chemistry, diet, even body heat all change how a scent develops. That's just how fragrance works on skin.

Question 11

Where should I apply attar or perfume oil?

Accepted Answer

Pulse points work best. Use it on wrists, neck, behind the ears. Warm skin helps the scent come through more.

Question 12

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you'll need to follow our return policy to be eligible.

Question 13
